Psikey is a service portal designed to help PSI re-users find the information assets they seek. Psikey contains a database listing of information asset records. Each record describes a specific information asset held by a public body. We plan to assemble listings from every public body across Europe, to form a list of the lists of all the PSI available in Europe.

Psikey will be the single reference point for finding re-useable PSI; exactly what each one is, where it is, who holds it, the T&Cs for re-use and the pro-former contract to access and re-use it. Psikey is where you can discover, identify, access, collate and place an order to re-use PSI. Psikey is the market place for PSI re-use; it links together holders with re-users and facilitates transactions between them.
